From South of Providence, RI

• Take I-95 North towards Providence to I-195 East (exit 20, East Providence / Cape Cod)
• Take I-195 East to Gano Street (Exit 3).
• At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Gano Street.
• See Once on Gano Street below.

From North of Providence, RI

• Take I-95 South towards Providence to I-195 East (East Providence / Cape Cod). Note this is a left hand exit so you need to be in one of the two left hand lanes.
• Take I-195 East to Gano Street (Exit 3).
• At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Gano Street.
• See Once on Gano Street below.

From East of Providence, RI

• Take I-195 West to Gano Street (Exit 3).
• At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Gano Street.
• See Once on Gano Street below.

Once on Gano Street

• Follow Gano Street approximately half a mile to the traffic light at Pitman Street. This will be the second full traffic light if you came off I-195 East, the first full light if coming from I-195 West.
• At Pitman Street, turn right.
• One Richmond Square is at the end of Pitman, a long red-brick New England mill-type building on the left.
• Parking is available around the building and in a lot on the right side of Pitman Street.
• There is a reception desk for the whole building to the right after you enter inside through the main entrance door. Ask for us there, and they will call us.
