RED BRIDGE OBTAINS PRODUCTS FROM EBUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES

Company signs definitive agreement to assume product rights and support contracts for DynaBase, Engenda and Entrepid

Providence, RI -- July 1, 2001 -- Red Bridge Interactive and eBusiness Technologies (eBT) have entered into an agreement whereby eBT has assigned to Red Bridge its rights in the products DynaBase, Engenda and Entrepid. In connection with this agreement, Red Bridge has received funding from eBT to assume eBT's existing maintenance and support obligations. The agreement also provides for the payment of royalties to eBT if Red Bridge earns certain gross revenue amounts from the products. eBT announced its intent to liquidate in May, 2001 and has since completed the orderly wind down of the company's operations. Under Delaware law, eBT will remain in existence as a non-operating entity for three years from November 8, 2001.

"Both eBT and customers have invested heavily in DynaBase and Engenda, and with Red Bridge, the products have a future. We are pleased to be taking over such great technology," said Red Bridge CEO Chip Pettibone. "Red Bridge is starting with a firm foundation on which to grow, with funding, a mountain of intellectual property, an existing revenue stream and a significant customer base. We are also staffed by committed and motivated employees who were the top performers at eBT, the best qualified to support the products and carry them forward."
