Red Bridge's Engenda powers new web site for Consumers' Association

Engenda Manages Content for Major U.K. Web Site

Providence, RI -- September 25, 2003 -- Red Bridge Interactive, Inc. today announced that the Consumers' Association (CA), the leading independent consumer product testing and reporting organization in the U.K., has deployed Engenda to manage and publish content on its newly launched Web site, Which? Extra.

CA owns and produces the Which? line of products and services for consumers seeking unbiased and dependable information on consumer goods and services. This includes their flagship Which? magazine, other magazines and books, the web site Which? Online and now, Which? Extra.

Which? Extra is Which? magazine's website, an exclusive and free online service for the over 700,000 Which? magazine subscribers. The site contains up-to-the-minute buying guides as well as a two-year archive of reports..

"Engenda enables the editors who actually research and author our buying guides to easily contribute content to the site on their own and keep it up to date," said Paul Kitchen, Managing Editor of Which? Online. "We wanted a system that was easy to use and would actually motivate our editors to update their content, rather than being a burden to them or disrupting their schedules."

By using the Engenda content management system, editors are able to author content for both print and web using Microsoft Word and Excel, and follow the processes with which they are already familiar for print publishing. No additional staff is required to do the conversion or HTML coding for these content experts. Engenda converts their content automatically, and provides a WYSIWYG preview of how their pages will look prior to publishing to the production site. Engenda's workflow ensures that the online content is reviewed and approved before going live.
